Village Development Association (V-DA) was born with passion of founder to provide credit to local families like farmers, small business owner, and other demand of household. V-DA registered with Ministry of Interior and receiving the registration certificate from the National Bank of Cambodia as rural credit operator. We want to be a leading micro finance operator among leading micro finance institutions in Cambodia.
