Mr. Kin Sokong, was born in Kampot province, has 3 years experiences in accountant and 2 years as credit officer. He is currently in the position of Operation Manager and acting branch manager of Village Development Association.

He got bachelor degree of accounting and pursing English literature bachelor degree of Cambodia University of Specialist, Kampot branch. He has attended the short-course training such as management & leadership, How to be a great staff, credit assessment & analysis, loan problem solving skill and leadership skill.

He has joined village development association sine organization start up with low wage/low skills on his career.

Mr. Pun Bory, was born in Kampot province, has 4 years experiences in credit officer, He is currently in the position of Chief of Credit Officer of Banteaymeas branch office of Village Development Association.

He is pursing the bachelor degree of Finance and Banking of Build Bright University, Takeo branch. He has attended the short training courses such as loan problem solving skill, How to be a great staff, credit assessment & analysis and leadership skill.

Mr. Pun Bory, has been serving as credit officer sine organization start up too.

Mr. Sou Hea, was born in Kampot province, has over 8 years experiences in rural credit assessment and loan recovery techniques. He is now serving the position of credit advisor of Village Development Association.

He finished the association degree of pedagogy in Takeo province and has attended the training courses such as loan assessment, loan problem solving skill and practical branch management conducted by Cambodia Microfinance Association.

Mr. Sou Hea is a member of Village Development Association.

Miss Sorn Ketya, was born in Kampot rovince. She has been started working as Cashier with Village Development Association, and transferred to the credit officer and then accountant. She is now promoted to admin/finance officer of Admin/Finance Department at Head Office of Village Development Association.

She is pursing the bachelor degree of Finance & Banking at Cambodia Mekong University and attended the short training courses such as Administrative skill, loan assessment skill, accounting system & QuickBooks program.

She is also a senior staff among others staff of Village Development Association.

Mr. Sean Soriya, was born in Takeo province, He has working with Village Development Association since 2009, He started as credit officer for more than 1 year and he transferred to branch accountant and in the year 2012, he is promoted as branch manager of Village Development Association.

He graduated the bachelor degree of Accounting & Finance at Human Resources University and he has attended the short training courses such as loan assessment, problem solving skill, leadership and how to be a great manager.

He is pursing the Master degree of Accounting & Finance at National University of Management.

Mr. Sorn Vutha, was born in Takeo province, he has working with Village Development Association since 2009, He started as credit officer for almost 2 years. He is promoted as Chief of Credit Officer.

He graduated the bachelor degree of management at Build Bright University and attended short training courses organized by V-DA Micro Finance Institution such as loan assessment & collateral analysis, loan problem solving skill, leadership and How to be a great manager.
